Drawing is the foundation of my work and a discipline I return to again and again.

All these works are drawn or painted direct from life, I can not work form photos, I have  tried but find it deadens my work. There must be away of using photos but as soon as I try my mind switches of and I become visually board.

The act of drawing from life is a pure and simple expression of your being when done in the moment there is no need for fancy concepts or pretentious innovations.
